Michael Biggins – Marketing Advisor, Director

Michael Biggins brings over 15 years of marketing and sales experience as a Business Marketing Specialist in the medical field, and is a Director and Advisor for IdentitySure.

Stephen Sala - Business Development Consultant, Director

As Chief Executive Officer of Executive Partner Solutions, and Director and Advisor for IdentitySure, Mr. Sala imparts over 20 years of experience in business technology disciplines.  

Staton Eichman - Mobile App Development

Staton will work in tandem with each member of our team in the development of our Mobile Apps for each of our brands.                     

Timothy D. Churchill – General Counsel

Tim is General Counsel for IdentitySure. He brings over 33 years of legal experience to our company and is the principal partner of Churchill, Smith, Rice, Swinkey and Kuhn.

Patrick Charles Dorr - Medical (HIPPA) Compliance and Ethics Counsel

Patrick is our Compliance and Ethics Counsel and serves as the primary point person for our company’s compliance and ethics program, that the company manages due diligence and sound internal controls to operate with and protect against legal risk.

Samuel B. Morrison – Legal Advisor, Director

Sam is the founder of Morrison Law Offices, P.C. Sam provides legal guidance on Intellectual Property law and licensing issues to our company.  Sam has over 38 years of legal expertise in Domestic and International Franchise and Trademark Law.

Director of Software Development

Our team will work with the Director responsible for leading software-related projects and for supervising our IT development enabling our team to reach company objectives following a strict timeline.

Noel C. Eichman – Creative Director, Managing Editor

Noel is the Creative Director and Managing Editor of North Star Integrity. She oversees our professional, business and social media development.
